Neelam Ratra leads Star IVF with clarity, focus, and a deep commitment to patient care. With over a decade in healthcare and diagnostics, she has shaped organizations where precision, efficiency, and compassion coexist. Every decision she makes is guided by one principle: healthcare should be reliable, effective, and deeply human.
Her career has been defined by transformation. She began in quality and operations, reworking internal processes, implementing NABL and NABH standards, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Audits became opportunities to strengthen systems, and processes became tools to build trust with patients, partners, and teams.
Neelam holds an MBA in Hospital & Health Care Management, advanced training in ISO and accreditation protocols, and has worked internationally, including with the NHS in the UK. She leads inclusively across languages and cultures, connecting with people in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Persian, and Banwali.
Under her leadership, Star IVF is not just a clinic; it is a place where care, quality, and results come together seamlessly.
